Agências de Rating no Brasil são reguladas pela CVM, e eventualmente precisam realizar publicações de assuntos regulatórios, por solicitação desta comissão. Estes espaço é dedicado à divulgação de documentos relacionados a normas, padrões e eventuais regulamentações aplicáveis às atividades da Liberum Ratings.

FORMULÁRIO DE REFERÊNCIA – EXERCÍCIO 2023

Em atendimento à Instrução CVM 521, a Liberum Ratings divulga aqui o Formulário de referência para o exercício 2023. Neste documento são apresentadas as informações inseridas nos formulários, além de um conjunto de documentos que abordam a matéria de forma detalhada, abordando desde o histório da empresa Liberum Ratings até as escalas de ratings e metodologias utilizadas no processo de análise de rating.
