Em Junho de 2023, a Liberum Ratings divulgou 200 ações de ratings, relativas a Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios (FIDCs). Entre os ativos analisados está o FIDC Libra Multissetorial, estão fundamentados no longo histórico do Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Libra Multissetorial – FIDC LIBRA, classificado pela Liberum Ratings desde 2013. A qualidade da carteira associada ao conservadorismo da política de crédito da BANPAR (consultora dos direitos creditórios), aos critérios de elegibilidade dos ativos potencialmente securitizáveis e à participação relevante de capital subordinado próprio, proporcionam forte proteção às cotas superiores. Também foram ponderados o histórico da Consultora BANPAR e de seus sócios, o perfil dos ativos remanescentes, o risco de descasamento de taxas e o risco de liquidez. O Fundo se encontra em funcionamento há mais de 10 anos com data de registro na CVM em 05/11/2010. Foi analisada a nova série de cota sênior 10, classificada com o rating AA. Essas emissões, que preveem até 30 cotas sênior, possuem valor unitário de R$ 1.000.000,00. A remuneração alvo é de 100% do CDI, acrescido de 3,25% ao ano.
